• All details regarding project plans, layouts, and amenities are subject to updates to comply with regulations or improve the project offerings.

2. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the specified booking amount outlined in the agreement.
• Adherence to the payment schedule is mandatory. Non-compliance may result in penalties or booking cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations will follow the terms mentioned in the agreement for sale.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting relevant cancellation and administrative charges.

4. Possession and Handover

• Possession timelines are as per the agreement and may be extended due to unforeseen events or force majeure conditions.
• Possession will be handed over upon full settlement of dues, including taxes and maintenance deposits.

5. Maintenance and Guidelines

Residents must adhere to community guidelines and ensure appropriate use of shared spaces. Maintenance charges must be paid in accordance with the agreement.

6. Modifications and Rights

The developer reserves the right to modify project plans, layouts, or amenities to comply with regulations or enhance project quality.

7. Compliance with Laws

All transactions and operations are subject to RERA regulations and other applicable laws. Residents are responsible for compliance with local rules, including tax obligations.

8. Force Majeure

Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions will not hold the developer liable.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Proceedings will take place in Pune and be conducted in English.

10. Amendments

These terms may be revised periodically to reflect legal or project updates. Notifications of significant changes will be provided as necessary.
